Clemson vs. Coastal Carolina Game

On Halloween we had a home Clemson game. Grady had a great time and actually took a nap during the game. I think I watched a whole quarter of the game! It was a record for this season! Grady's costume was his jersey and helmet. It's easy having a boy!
My sweet god-daughter, Addie and Grady (who was ready to go play)
He loved the balloons!

Starting to get sleepy
The thumb and blanky

and he's out!

Going on the field after the game.
Excited to see Nana there and the football players.
Grady's Halloween gift from Nana and Papa.

Grady and Papa....Grady was signaling that he wanted more of his cheese puffs!

Carving Pumpkins

Yes, my blog is out of order and way behind, but I hope to one day catch up and put the right dates on these posts. I am going to do the whole blog book thing so this is my scrapbook for Grady instead of printing pics and putting them in photo albums. That is the real reason I am trying to go back and make sure I put everything on here.
In late October, 2009 we did carve pumpkins. Richard was set on making Grady a pumpkin costume out of a real pumpkin. Well, pumpkins are heavy and did he not learn how much Grady hated being in a pumpkin last year when he was three months old? Richard agreed to not try this again next year! Enjoy! He was watching me get supplies.

Hated it!

Our neighbors probably throught we were torturing him.
3 months old....didn't like it then either!
Heavy pumpkin top

Upset because the pumpkin top was too heavy for him to pick up. It was a rough day for him.

Vail Day Seven

Today was our last day in Vail. We had a great time just hanging out with family. Grady really loved getting a lot of time with Meme, Ditdough, Ty, Neely and Josh this week! Richard and I especially loved having so much time with Grady too! He thought he was so cool standing in the icebucket.
Diving to wrestle Daddy!
Awake from his nap with crazy hair!

Neely looking gorgeous, even with a broken leg!
We got to the airport that night and we were SO tired! We buckled Grady in his car seat in a chair in the lobby so we wouldn't have to chase him around. He was entertained with Blue's Clues!

Vail Day Six

Today Ty, Daddy, Richard and I went snowmobiling! It was SO much fun! It was one of the most beautiful and exciting moments of my life! Richard and Ty gave us good laughs when they both wrecked their snowmobiles!

My Dad exhausted after we pulled Ty's snowmobile out of the deep snow!
Snow Angel!
Ty wrestling me!
Breathtaking views!

Standing on the edge of a huge cliff!

Ty with a fist pump!

Richard turned around often while driving to take picutres of the rest of us and took videos! Maybe this is why he wrecked . . .
"I just don't know how this could have happened?"
Daddy, Richard and Ty trying to pull a snowmobile out of deep snow and uphill! Not happening! We had to pay a lot of money for it to get pulled out. Fun memories though!
On our way back to the hotel we stopped by this really old ranch.

Poor Neely spent her day here on the couch! Her sweet boyfriend, Josh, stayed behind with her. Grady loved having some extra friends to play with!
